Purpose and Scope

This Data Processing Addendum (DPA) forms part of the Agentik8 Terms of Service and governs the processing of personal data by Agentik8 on behalf of its customers in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
